Service Types
Repair Repairs are intended to correct the specific faults identified during assessment. Only the components and circuitry necessary to return the amplifier to proper working order are serviced or replaced, while functional areas remain undisturbed.
Restoration Restorations are comprehensive services intended to return an amplifier to reliable, long-term operating condition. In addition to correcting existing faults, age-related components are replaced where appropriate, followed by inspection, adjustment, and calibration as required.
Bench Testing
All completed repairs and restorations undergo functional testing on a dedicated audio test bench to verify proper operation and performance. Testing may include gain, frequency response, total harmonic distortion plus noise (THD+N), crosstalk, and signal-to-noise ratio (SNR), as applicable.
Booking an Assessment
To reserve an assessment appointment, submit an inquiry using the contact form. Once your inquiry has been reviewed, you'll receive the next available assessment date along with payment instructions.
Assessment appointments are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis and are confirmed upon receipt of the assessment fee. Amplifiers must be received before the scheduled assessment date.
Following the assessment, you'll receive a detailed estimate outlining the recommended scope of work, labour requirements, parts costs, and total estimated cost. No work will proceed and no parts will be ordered without your approval.
