Testing and Analysis
All repairs undergo rigorous testing on a specialized audio test bench to guarantee proper operation, performance, and longevity. Testing includes evaluations of gain/level, frequency response, total harmonic distortion plus noise (THD+N), crosstalk, and signal-to-noise ratio (SNR).
Service Rates
An upfront assessment fee is required for each item. This fee covers one hour of diagnostic time to identify the issues, calculate the cost of parts and labour, and provide a detailed estimate. Any work beyond the first hour is billed at the hourly rate.
